Pre-boarding and On-boarding
- Welcome and introduction package before you arrive to tell you everything you need to know before you join us (Arrival details, site map, teacher training handbook, head teacher’s welcome)
- Day 1 on-boarding to ensure you have everything you need to be a member of our team from your first day (keys, laptop, badge, logins)
- Introductory email with information on logistics
- Copy of the induction programme
Within the first 2 days all trainees are provided with:
- A school laptop to aid planning and preparation
- Master key for classrooms so you can move freely around our school as a member of our staff team
- ITT handbook with key information, including school principles and philosophy, behaviour and safeguarding procedures.
- Log in details for SIMS/Email/Class charts
- Holly Lodge welcome stationery pack
- Access to Teacher Training TEAMS page for key documents, resources and ongoing support
- Head’s welcome
